Blizzful Night (Melatonin) x 10 Capsules is a melatonin sleep supplement.
What it is used for
Melatonin is taken to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and to ease jet lag.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can cause next-day drowsiness; do not drive if affected. Not recommended in pregnancy or for children unless a doctor advises it. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
