How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Give only the dose for your child’s age shown on the pack. Keep all supplements out of reach of children, especially any containing iron. It can cause a fishy aftertaste; taking it with meals helps. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners or are having surgery. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
