What it is
HEALTHAID VITAMIN B50 COMPLEX X 30 is a pantothenic acid supplement. It also contains vitamin B complex.
What it is used for
Pantothenic acid helps the body release energy from food.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It is generally well tolerated; high doses can cause diarrhoea. It can turn urine bright yellow, which is harmless. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
