What it is used for
Evening primrose oil provides gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and is commonly taken for skin health and menstrual comfort.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Check with your doctor if you have epilepsy or take blood thinners. Not recommended in pregnancy unless advised.
