What it is
NATUREBELL HYALURONIC ACID 2500MG PLUS VITAMIN C & BIOTIN X 240 is a biotin (vitamin B7) supplement. It also contains vitamin C and hyaluronic acid.
What it is used for
Biotin supports normal hair, skin and energy metabolism.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
High-dose biotin can interfere with some blood tests, including thyroid and heart tests, so tell your doctor or lab that you take it. High doses can cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. People with kidney stones should check with a doctor before taking high doses. It is generally well tolerated. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
