What it is
NATURES SUNSHINE VITAMIN C WITH RUTIN X 120 TABLETS is a vitamin C supplement. It also contains vitamin D3.
What it is used for
Vitamin C supports normal immune function, collagen formation for skin and gums, and iron absorption.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
High doses can cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. People with kidney stones should check with a doctor before taking high doses. Do not take more than the stated dose; high doses over long periods can raise calcium levels. Ask your doctor if you have kidney disease or take other vitamin D products. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
