What it is
NATURESFIELD MEGA CALCIUM X 10 TABLETS is a calcium supplement.
What it is used for
Calcium is needed for normal bones and teeth, muscle function and blood clotting.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
It can cause constipation. Keep it at least 2 hours apart from iron, thyroid tablets and some antibiotics. Check with a doctor if you have had kidney stones. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
