What it is
NATURESFIELD PREGMUM PLUS OMEGA -3 X30 TABLETS /30SOF is a vitamin and mineral supplement designed for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding. Ingredients named on the pack include omega-3 fish oil.
What it is used for
It is taken to top up nutrients that matter before and during pregnancy, such as folic acid, iron, iodine and vitamin D.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Take only one pregnancy multivitamin at a time and do not add a separate vitamin A supplement. Check with your doctor or midwife which product suits your stage of pregnancy. It can cause a fishy aftertaste; taking it with meals helps. Check with your doctor if you take blood thinners or are having surgery. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor. Check with our pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition.
