What it is
Usv Calcium Carbonate 600mg + D3 400iu is a vitamin D supplement. It also contains calcium.
What it is used for
Vitamin D supports calcium absorption, strong bones and teeth, muscle function and the immune system.
How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Do not take more than the stated dose; high doses over long periods can raise calcium levels. Ask your doctor if you have kidney disease or take other vitamin D products. It can cause constipation. Keep it at least 2 hours apart from iron, thyroid tablets and some antibiotics. Check with a doctor if you have had kidney stones. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet or any medicine prescribed by your doctor.
