How to take it
Take as directed on the label, usually with food and a glass of water. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
Cautions
Take only one pregnancy multivitamin at a time and do not add a separate vitamin A supplement. Check with your doctor or midwife which product suits your stage of pregnancy.
